Referral Information
GP and optometrist referrals are accepted via the NHS e-Referral Service (Choose and Book) for NHS appointments. For private referrals, a letter addressed to Mr Vempali may be sent directly to the consulting rooms. Self-referral for private consultations is also welcome — please use the enquiry form or telephone the rooms directly.
